Direct vent heater won't shut off

I have a
perfection
direct vent Wall heater that won't shut off. I installed a new thermostat that worked for 2 weeks, now the only way to shut off the heater is manoally turning it off. I switched thermostats and that did not correct it.
It runs evenwith the thermostat disconnected. Any ideas anyone?

Thanks
reber
