Whoa, this is ridiculous so I thought I'd share with you guys. I ordered the Denon C700 last Monday morning via Their online tracking system says that it has already shipped (on Monday) but tracking information wasn't available at that time. So I waited. And waited. And now it's Wednesday, so I sent them an email asking for the tracking #. Here's what I got back:

Thank you for contacting our company!
Our records indicate that due to an inventory error we oversold on the
merchandise you ordered. It is currently in queue to be canceled today. We
sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

845-352-8100 x 772 So not only did their online system lie by telling me it had already shipped, it took them THREE FRICKIN' DAYS to inform me of this. It might have been even longer if I hadn't sent that email. I paid for this via PayPal, so when they refund the money it better not charge me any fees.
